I have layed out a PCB for the RLC meter that was in the Oct. 2005 QST and the Sept/Oct. 2005 QEX. The small board gets 5V from a USB port and connects to your soundcard(stereo line in and line out) to measure resistance, capacitance and inductance. The parts are all thru hole - no surface mount.
